WHAT DO I NEED TO BUY FOR THIS PROGRAM?
NOT MUCH!
When you sign up, we will share a list of recommended grocery staples, some basic kitchen gadgets and training equipment that would be beneficial for the program (and beyond), but MOST of these will be optional, and are not exceptionally expensive.
This program does NOT rely on expensive Keto supplements like exogenous ketones. Most of the supplements and foods we recommend are simple, basic items you can find cheaply at your local grocery store or online.
We can’t give you an accurate estimate of your grocery costs for the program, because we don’t know what you currently have stocked in your kitchen. However, aside from a few new staples, your weekly grocery costs should not increase greatly over what you have been spending, even if you’re coming from the Standard American Diet (SAD).
A few things you NEED to be successful in the program: (the Welcome Guide will include affordable recommendations for these items)

- Measuring tape (for taking body measurements)
- Home scale for measuring body weight and body composition
